Agenda

- Welcome
- Finish Goals Review/Conversation
- Logic Model Development Workshop with VCU
- Plans for Next Meeting
- Goals Review

Picking up on our last meeting, the Commission continued to review and explore goals from other PB efforts around the country. These are helping to guide the language and frames for the goals that they are developing for the RVAPB rulebook.

This week we specifically focused on sustainability, community building/human centered approach, transparency/accountability, harm/trust, and other general goals we might consider.

Logic Model Workshop

After the goals review we, Brittany Keegan from the VCU VCU Wilder School did a logic model workshop as a part of the development of an evaluation plan for RVAPB. A logic model allows you to explore the broader goals of a program and then think through the specific inputs, outputs, and outcomes that will allow you to achieve those goals.

Next Steps

Our next meeting with take place on January 4th – 4:30 – 6pm. The location is TBD.
